AA Series
Aluminium is denoted by the symbol Al. The metal is silvery white in color, has a very low density, and high strength compared to other commercial metal alternatives like Steel and Stainless Steel.

Aluminium is commonly alloyed with elements like Copper (Cu), Magnesium (Mg), Zinc (Zn), and Silicon (Si).
These elements gives the alloy improved strength, electrical conductivity, workability, corrosion resistance, and density in some grades. The alloys usually tend to be of high strength, offer good resistance to corrosion and light weight.
It also has a good strength to weight ratio.

A wide of grades are based on pure Al. The alloys usually have a low melting point compared to Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloys. Majority alloys can resist corrosion from water, salt, and other environmental factors like gases.
